Return & Exchange Policy
At Tarunee, we take immense pride in the quality of our products. As a small business, each item is carefully curated and quality-checked before it leaves our hands.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. Placing an order indicates your acceptance of these terms.
1. Returns & refunds
- We follow a strict No Return, No Refund policy.
- Returns or refunds are processed only if the product is received damaged.
- Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with the opening video.
Mandatory opening video
To claim a return or refund for a damaged product, an unedited, uncut unboxing video is required. The video must:
- Clearly show the shipping label with your details.
- Show the package being opened from scratch.
- Highlight the specific damage.
Without this video, we unfortunately cannot process your request.
2. Size exchanges
We understand that the perfect fit matters, and we're happy to offer size exchanges under these conditions:
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock. If the required size is unavailable, we can offer another product of equal value or issue store credit.
- Shipping costs: You bear the one-way shipping charge to send the product back to us. Tarunee covers the shipping cost of sending the exchanged item to you.
- Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
3. Conditions for exchange
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unused.
- Returned with all original tags, packaging and labels intact.
- Free from any scent, perfume, deodorant, makeup or stains.
Please note: Items that do not meet these criteria will be sent back to you at your own expense, and the exchange will be cancelled.
4. Non-exchangeable items
To maintain fairness and hygiene standards, the following cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances (unless received damaged, with an opening video):
- Items purchased during a Sale, Clearance or Promotional Offer.
- Custom-made or customised orders.
- Accessories (if applicable).
5. How to request a return or exchange
To report a damaged item or request a size exchange:
- Email us at contact@tarunee.in or WhatsApp us at 7306618373.
- Include your Order ID and the reason for your request.
- Attach the opening video (for damages) or tell us the new size required (for exchanges).
Our team will review your request and share return shipping details within 24–48 hours.
